This group is only for those that are really ready to take full responsibility for their life with a desire to end the painful patterns and begin a journey of healing, transformation and fulfillment!

  • Therapy groups are open to new members about every 6 months by invitation only. Members are carefully selected to support each others’ processes. Please reach out to Elizabeth to learn more about joining.

  • Often people join our therapy groups after receiving individual counseling. The power of group process is a unique opportunity to discuss meaningful topics, hear multiple perspectives, receive support, develop camaraderie, and so much more.

  • Therapy groups are $65 per session.

  • It depends on your benefit plan.
