Practice highly effective mind-body psychotherapeutic tools to calm, sooth, and regulate the central nervous system in a confidential, supportive group setting.

Mindful Men
Therapy Group

Co-led by Geoff Sittler, OTR/L, BCN & Elizabeth Hartshorn, LPC, MAC

For too long, men have had to silently suffer managing grief, depression, anger and major life transitions without the supportive community of other men.

In this confidential community, we process life's challenges, engage in meaningful discussion, and learn highly effective mind-body psychotherapeutic tools for relaxation and positive change. The first half of the group participants are guided through discussion with other men on challenges related to relationships, chronic pain, addiction recovery, parenting, and overall management of stress, grief, anxiety, and depression. The second half of the group participants practice and integrate a number of tools and skills, such as meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, and self expression through words, drawing & movement.

Groups are ongoingly forming. Please inquire about registering for our next group!
